The TECNA welding systems on trolley with inverter technology are designed to meet the needs of end-of-line systems and professional body shops. These are versatile and high-performance solutions, suitable for both industrial and automotive sectors. For the body shop sector, TECNA offers a complete range of smart welders, designed to ensure quality, precision and compliance with the specifications required by car manufacturers. Among the available solutions:

  • Manual stud welding systems in steel or aluminium, with capacitor discharge generator.
  • Spotters with built-in transformer, 0.8 kVA power at 50%.
  • Cable spotters, from 2.5 to 5 kVA at 50%.
  • Single-phase cable spot welders on trolley 8 kVA at 50%, available with manual or pneumatic clamps and single or dual program welding control.
  • Single-phase cable spot welders on trolley 10 kVA at 50%, available with water cooling system, pneumatic clamps and digital dual program control.
  • Next-generation inverter spot welders, low energy consumption, cable power 25 kVA at 50%, integrated clamp transformer 12 kVA at 50% and touch-screen welding control. These units can be configured with “X” or “C” pneumatic clamps, interchangeable arms and water-cooled single-point system.

TECNA spot welders are approved and certified by the main car manufacturers for use in authorised body shops, ensuring quality and reliability in every working condition. In the industrial field, the E-tech line represents the new generation of welding systems dedicated to end-of-line installations. Equipped with TE760 welding control, these machines can be customised on request in special versions with clamps capable of applying up to 610 daN of power.
