TECNA INVERTER SPOT WELDERS ON TROLLEY (3660E-tech and 3670E-tech)

RESISTANCE WELDERS FOR BODYWORK

FOR HIGH-QUALITY WELDING IN BOTH BODYWORK AND INDUSTRIAL SECTORS

The TECNA inverter welders on trolley (3660E-tech and 3670E-tech) are systems designed for resistance welding in end-of-line installations. Their compact and mobile structure makes them particularly suitable for high-productivity industrial environments, while ensuring high welding quality.

The unit integrates the TE760 welding control, derived from the industrial sector, with simplified programming through 9 keys and a backlit graphic display. This system allows the management of up to 150 welding programs, 4 of which can be recalled externally, and 15 programmable parameters for each program. Advanced functions such as current rise/fall, pulses, pre- and post-weld, time adjustment with 1 ms resolution, and display of welding current RMS and machine utilization percentage are available.

The medium-frequency IGBT inverter control offers two operating modes: constant current and FIX. Current limits, inverter usage monitoring and an incremental function to compensate for electrode wear using programmable curves are included. Also available are single cycle with WELD/NON WELD function, automatic mains frequency adjustment (50/60 Hz), USB communication and firmware update capability.

The welding system features integrated cooling and uses clamps connected to the machine via 2400 mm extra-flexible cooled cables. As standard, it comes with a fully cooled “C” clamp capable of generating a force of 450 daN at 8 bar.

On request, the TECNA mobile welders can be configured with alternative clamps, including:

  • “X” clamp model (8677/ES), fully cooled, with a force of 240 daN at 8 bar
  • “X” clamp model (8678/S), fully cooled, with a force of 610 daN at 6 bar
  • single-point clamp model (8351), also fully cooled.

The functionalities are completed by the ability to graphically display welding time and current on the screen and consult pre-set welding tables.
