The modular welding units TECNA represent an advanced and flexible solution for resistance welding within automated production lines. Available in double-point configuration, with oscillating arm or in linear version, these systems easily adapt to multiple industrial applications, offering reliability, quality and precision over time.
Double-point models allow simultaneous welding on both sides of the component, optimizing processing times. The oscillating arm versions are ideal for working on variable geometries, thanks to adjustable arms and the ability to effectively operate on complex parts. Linear units, on the other hand, ensure precise and stable linear movements, and can reach forces up to 470 daN at 6 bar, offering maximum adaptability depending on the type of assembly required.
All models are available with nominal power from 25 kVA to 63 kVA in direct current (at 50%), with water-cooled transformers and resin-encapsulated windings for longer durability.
