The modular welding groups by TECNA are designed for the construction of multi-spot welding systems and represent a versatile range developed to meet the needs of special machine manufacturers. The line includes several models, including the double-spot version, ideal for welding operations from one side of the workpiece, enabling applications not feasible with traditional configurations.
The range also includes the linear downstroke version, equipped with the TE93 microprocessor welding control, available both with a single cylinder (movable upper electrode and fixed lower electrode) and in the double-cylinder version, with both electrodes movable; as well as the pivoting arm version, also equipped with the TE93 control unit and adjustable-length arms, adaptable to the work requirements.
All configurations can be equipped with a wide range of accessories and copper alloy electrodes, allowing the welders to be adapted to various applications. The compact dimensions, combined with integrated components such as transformer, electronic control, SCR, cylinders, pneumatic system, and cooling circuit, allow the development of versatile and easily reconfigurable multi-spot systems, reducing design and construction time of special machines.
Each welding group can operate autonomously or be networked with other modules to perform synchronized sequences without the need for external control devices. By distributing the power supply across three phases and managing the welding in sequence, it is possible to achieve high-productivity machines with minimal power demand from the electrical network.
For specific applications, some models are also available without an integrated control unit: in these cases, external control units and dedicated power groups can be supplied. It is important to note that TECNA welding groups are intended exclusively for welding system manufacturers and are not suitable for direct use by the end user. For the latter, the industrial line by TECNA offers a wide range of pre-configured solutions. Alternatively, our team is available to develop the most suitable solution together.
