The available welding guns are divided into:
- Contact guns, for direct welding on the material surface
- Gap guns, which allow the fastener to be lifted before discharge
- Guns for insulation pins or stud nails, ideal for insulation applications.
These tools are designed to weld fasteners with diameters ranging from 2 mm to 10 mm, using the most suitable accessories.
Capacitor discharge welding guns are particularly suited for threaded studs, internally threaded bushings, and other capacitor discharge fasteners in iron, stainless steel, AISI 316, aluminum, and brass.
