The PIM-1B capacitor discharge welding gun is ideal for capacitive welding of cupped head pins for insulation directly onto sheet metal, making it easier to secure insulation panels.

The pins or nails with clips are inserted into the welding clamp and pushed through the insulation panel. Once they reach the sheet metal and the correct pressure is applied, the welding is automatically activated, ensuring a fast and secure bond.
