MANUAL CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELDING GUNSFOR CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELDING OF STUDS
The PHM-1A lift gun with magnet for capacitor discharge welding is ideal for threaded aluminum studs, aluminum insulation pins, and threaded aluminum bushings. Thanks to its special piston lift mechanism, it is also suitable for welding threaded fasteners, smooth studs, and brass threaded bushings.
The body, made of impact-resistant material, ensures durability and strength. The spring adjustment allows precise control of the stud's immersion speed in the molten bath, optimizing weld quality.
The PHM-1A lift gun with magnet for capacitor discharge welding can be equipped with a chuck for pins starting from Ø2 mm and a collet holder for threaded studs from M3 to M10. The stud protrusion in the chuck is adjustable, while the ball-bearing sleeve ensures smooth and precise piston movement, enhancing welding efficiency.
