The PKM-1B contact gun for capacitor discharge welding is ideal for threaded studs, insulation pins, and internally threaded bushings in copper-plated and stainless steel. Designed for challenging surfaces such as galvanized, corrugated, coated, and oxidized sheets, it ensures precision and reliability in every application.
The gun body, made of impact-resistant material, provides durability and strength. The spring adjustment allows precise control over the immersion speed of the stud into the molten bath, improving weld quality.
Compatible with chucks for pins from Ø2 mm and stud-holding collets from M3 to M10, it offers precise adjustments for stud protrusion in the chuck. The integrated ball-bearing sleeve ensures smooth and accurate piston movement, optimizing welding efficiency.
