AUTOMATIC FEEDER (VBZ)

The automatic stud feeder (VBZ) is an advanced device designed for fully automatic feeding of welding elements, such as flanged studs, internally threaded bushings and other metal components, to automatic welding heads or guns. This system allows to significantly increase the efficiency and precision in industrial welding processes, minimizing manual intervention and increasing overall productivity.

The loader (VBZ) is optimized to handle flanged welding elements, ensuring fast, safe and precise feeding. However, upon request, it can be modified to accommodate components without flanges or special elements, such as insulation nails, thus offering a versatile solution for various industrial applications. Furthermore, it is compatible with all automatic welding heads and guns, and has an interface for data exchange with higher level control systems, being particularly useful when integrated into CNC tables for capacitive discharge welding.
