AUTOMATIC STUD FEEDER (VBZ)

The feeder (VBZ) is a device designed for the automatic loading of flanged studs from M3 to M8, with lengths up to 30 mm (extendable on request to 50 mm). It is compatible with both automatic welding heads and automatic guns, making it a versatile solution for automated production lines. On request, the (VBZ) can be modified to feed non-flanged elements or special components, thus adapting to specific production needs.

Key system features include:

• Continuous adjustment of feed capacity and adjustable air pressure for optimal adaptation to different types of studs to be welded;
• Improved stud separation and feeding through pressure sensors, ensuring precise and error-free transport;
• Optimal accessibility thanks to the placement of all connections on the front side of the device;
• Quick format change made possible by the ease of replacing the dedicated kit for the type of stud to be used.

The automatic feeder (VBZ) is equipped with an interface for data exchange with higher-level control systems. This feature makes it particularly suitable for integration into CNC benches for capacitor discharge welding, where efficiency, traceability, and process continuity are essential.
