The automatic bench (V series) for capacitive discharge welding of studs is designed to offer maximum precision, reliability and operational flexibility. The extremely robust welded steel structure and the use of high-quality components make it ideal for specific and customized productions. The system allows numerous configurations, adapting to different application needs.
Available working areas: 1000 x 1500 mm; 1000 x 2250 mm; 1500 x 3000 mm. Other dimensions available on request as special production.
The machine's high accessibility allows flexible positioning of pneumatic clamps on the table. The bench is equipped with a compact and mobile control unit that is easy to operate. The worktable is made of aluminum T-slotted plates and laminated fabric plates, ensuring electrical insulation and wear protection.
The "zero point free" structure eliminates mechanical play, ensuring quick installation and retooling times. Dynamic servomotors provide high processing speed, while premium axes with high-precision guides and screw or belt drives ensure consistent reliability and repeatability. Additionally, the bench (series V) can be configured with one up to four stud welding heads, each capable of reaching the entire working area.

Programming is simple and fast thanks to the PRO-STUD software, which includes a DXF converter. Customer-specific data, imported via an industrial PC terminal, are automatically converted and transferred to the controller. The monitoring and documentation of welding parameters is performed using stud welding units (PRO-C / PRO-I / PRO-D):
- Current recording, time and arc voltage for each weld
- Monitoring the stud stroke (lift, piston stroke, immersion depth), if an automatic head with measuring system is installed
- Comparison of recorded parameters with reference values, with adjustable tolerances
- Error signalling or blocking the unit in case of exceeding limits (function can be deactivated)
- Automatic storage of the last 10 parameter sets
- Optional: extended memory for 24,500 parameter sets with date and time, USB interface for export to PC
