MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL FOR OPTIMAL STUD WELDING

The arc stud welder (PRO-D 2800), compliant with UNI EN ISO 14555 and UNI EN ISO 13918 standards, is designed for welding threaded studs, internally threaded bushings, and shear connectors (type SD1) S235J2+C450 (Nelson type), up to Ø25, using both drawn arc and short arc technology.

Thanks to its microprocessor control and continuous adjustment of welding current and time, it ensures high performance and optimal results. The interface is managed via a robust knob with an integrated button, while all functions and parameters are displayed on a large screen.

Pre-installed welding programs simplify parameter selection, with the option to store customized settings. The integrated monitoring system enables effective quality control, automatically storing data from the last ten welds. Optionally, extended memory is available to archive up to 24,500 cycles, with a USB interface for data transfer to a PC.

The arc stud welder (PRO-D 2800) can be equipped with a gas protection module to support the welding gun and an automation system that includes the VBZ automatic feeder and an automatic welding gun.

It is also available in a multi-gun version for operation with two or four welding guns, featuring automatic tool detection and independent welding current and time adjustments. All gun connections can be equipped with a gas protection module. For simultaneous operation of up to four welding guns on a single unit, the PRO-SPLIT external adapter box is available as an accessory.
