MICROPROCESSOR CONTROL FOR OPTIMAL STUD WELDING

The arc stud welder (PRO-D 2200), microprocessor-controlled, is designed for short arc and drawn arc welding. Its microprocessor control, continuous adjustment of welding current and time, and constant current regulation ensure high performance, optimal results, and process repeatability.

The unit is easily managed via a robust knob with an integrated switch, while all functions and parameters are displayed on a large screen. Pre-installed programs simplify the selection of welding parameters, with the option to store customized settings.

Thanks to its modular design, the equipment can be configured according to specific needs, adapting all optional functions. The integrated parameter monitoring system enables effective quality control, storing data from the last ten welds by default. Optionally, an extended memory is available to archive up to 24,500 cycles, with a USB interface for data transfer to a PC.

The arc welder (PRO-D 2200) can be equipped with a gas protection module to support the welding gun and an automation system that includes the VBZ automatic feeder and an automatic welding gun.

It is also available in a multi-gun version for operation with two or four welding guns, featuring automatic tool detection and independent welding current and time adjustments. All gun connections can be equipped with a gas protection module. For simultaneous operation of up to four welding guns on a single unit, the PRO-SPLIT external adapter box is available as an accessory.
