SIMPLE USE AND HIGH QUALITY IN STUD WELDING UP TO Ø16

The arc stud welder (PRO-D 1600), compliant with UNI EN ISO 14555 and UNI EN ISO 13918 standards, is designed for welding threaded studs, internally threaded bushings, and shear connectors (type SD1)S235J2+C450 (Nelson type) up to Ø16, using both short arc and drawn arc technology.

Equipped with a microprocessor and continuous adjustment of welding current and time, it ensures high performance and optimal results. The user interface is managed via a robust knob with an integrated button and a large display that shows all welding parameters.

Pre-installed programs simplify parameter selection, with the option for operators to store customized settings. The integrated monitoring system guarantees quality control, with automatic storage of data from the last ten welds and, as an option, the ability to archive up to 24,500 cycles via a USB interface for data transfer to a PC.

The arc stud welder (PRO-D 1600) can be equipped with a gas protection module, an automatic VBZ feeder, and an automatic welding gun for threaded studs and bushings. It is also available in a multi-gun version for operation with two or four welding guns, featuring automatic tool detection and independent welding current settings. All connections can be integrated with a gas protection welding module.
