TECNA THREE-PHASE DC SPOT WELDERS (6090-6638)

LINEAR SPOT AND PROJECTION WELDERS

THREE-PHASE DC SPOT AND PROJECTION WELDERS (6090-6638)

The TECNA three-phase resistance welding machines for spot and projection welding series (6090-6638) offer a 50% duty cycle power in direct current, ranging from 100 kVA to 630 kVA, ensuring high performance in welding processes.

These machines stand out for their high power factor, reduced load on the power supply line, and minimal influence of magnetic materials between the arms on the welding current, also contributing to a significant reduction in installation costs.

These spot welders share many of the advanced features of the 6101D-6103D versions, including direct reading welding current control, a six-phase silicon rectifier equipped with a system for verifying the correct tightening of diodes, and a protection circuit against overloads, overvoltage, and overheating.

The synchronous control with SCR, fully isolated from the cooling water, is integrated with a protection thermostat to prevent overheating. The closed-loop cooling system ensures the efficiency of transformers, plates, electrode holders, and electrodes, whose resin-encapsulated windings enhance durability and resistance over time.

The adjustable dual-stroke cylinder with a handwheel, featuring key-operated control, includes cylindrical guide rods with an adjustable anti-rotation device and prismatic precision roller guides, ensuring stable and precise movement.

To simplify maintenance and adjustment, the system includes an electrode descent function without pressure, while the advanced pneumatic cycle allows for low-force electrode approach, improving welding process control.
