THREADED BUSHING (TYPE IT): FOR A STRONG AND WATERTIGHT FASTENING

Internal threaded capacitor discharge welding bushings (IT type), compliant with DIN EN ISO 13918, ensure a strong and watertight fastening while providing an excellent aesthetic result after welding.

These internal threaded bushings (IT type) have a flange at the base, with a larger diameter than the external diameter of the bushing, and a Welding Pip positioned underneath. The flange prevents electricity from dispersing beyond the cylindrical part, increasing the welding area and improving the fastening strength.

A.T.S. supplies threaded welding bushings in the following materials:

  • Steel 4.8 with electrolytic copper coating
  • Stainless steel A2-50
  • Aluminum AlMg3
  • Brass CuZn37
