The capacitor discharge stud welding bench (MAS-04) with dual control is an economical and highly flexible solution, designed for welding threaded studs and internally threaded bushings. Thanks to its compact structure and modular design, it is perfectly suited for production environments that require precision, reliability, and ease of use, making it ideal for series production of small metal parts.

Characterized by high positioning accuracy of the elements to be welded, the system ensures consistent joint quality even in repetitive work cycles. Its ease of use also makes it suitable for operators with basic experience in capacitor discharge welding.

The welding bench (MAS-04) can be configured with various positioning accessories, including the mobile workpiece holder, which allows adaptation to the specific requirements of each application, improving ergonomics and reducing setup times. In addition, it is compatible with all capacitor discharge welding methods, can be used with all available stud diameters, and is fully integrable with automatic welding heads (KHA-200F) and (KKA-200F), thus expanding application possibilities and further automating the process.

Stud feeding can be managed by the system either in fully automatic mode, thanks to the automatic feeder (VBZ), or in semi-automatic mode, with manual stud insertion by the operator.
