The automatic capacitor discharge welder (PRO-C 900) is designed for welding studs, weld bushings, and other elements compatible with capacitor discharge technology. It is an ideal solution for high-frequency applications and integration into automated systems.

All operating functions and parameters are displayed on a large screen, while the microprocessor control and continuous charging voltage regulation ensure high precision. Combined with the machine’s excellent performance, they guarantee reliable and repeatable welding results, even in fast production cycles. The inverter charging board, equipped with an electronic timer, allows for extremely short charging times and, consequently, high-speed welding sequences, optimizing efficiency in production processes. The machine comes with pre-installed welding programs, useful for quickly selecting the correct settings based on the application. It is also possible to save custom programs tailored to the user's specific needs.

An integrated welding parameter monitoring system enables real-time quality control. By default, the machine stores the data of the last ten welds, but with the optional memory, up to 24,500 cycles can be recorded, also thanks to the USB interface for exporting parameter sets to a PC.

Among the available accessories, the PRO-SPLIT unit allows for the simultaneous connection and operation of up to four welding guns, each with independent parameters (voltage, charging capacity, setting values). The adapter automatically detects which gun is in use, making the system extremely versatile and suitable for complex and multi-component productions.
