The PRO-C 1000 automatic capacitor discharge welding machine with a capacity of 88000 µF (switchable to 44000 µF) is designed for welding studs, internal threaded stud and additional capacitive discharge welding elements.
All functions and parameters are shown on a large display, the microprocessor control and the continuous adjustment of the charging voltage ensure, in relation to the high performance of the welding machine, optimal welding results and repeatability.
Extremely short charge times and therefore rapid welding sequences are performed through the electronically clocked inverter charging boards.
The pre-installed welding programs facilitate the choice of the right adjustment values for different welding activities, and user-specific welding programs can also be stored.
Integrated welding parameter monitoring allows quality control of the welds conducted, by default the parameter sets of the last ten welds are stored, the optional memory available for the welding parameters allows the storage of 24500 welds and has an interface USB for data transmission (welding parameter set) to a PC.
Optionally, the PRO-C 1000 capacitive discharge welder can be equipped with an automatic module for controlling the VBZ automatic feeder and an automatic stud welding gun.
The PRO-SPLIT unit is available as an accessory for the operation of up to four guns for welding studs with different adjustment values, voltage and charge capacity on one unit, the PRO-SPLIT adapter unit detects automatically which gun is used.
