Precote™ 30 is a range of microencapsulated chemical adhesives and sealants with resin and activator in separate caps that allows to obtain the best performance possible today with fast and controlled hardening, with constant friction, resistance to vibrations to lock and seal the threads from -50°C at +150°C.
Precote™ 30 is ideal for metal threads with any type of surface coating, starting with M3 for screws (external threads) and M6 for nuts (internal threads).
Used as a sealant for threads and medium-strength threadlockers, the Precote™ 30 after its application on the thread, still allows a simple disassembly of the part.
Precote™ 30 is made up of a single adhesive with components in separate microcapsules for longer life (at least 3 years) and integrity (does not fear humidity) during storage.
