The portable LBSaccu 90s capacitor discharge welding unit, battery-powered, is designed for capacitive welding of threaded studs and inserts, with a charging voltage of 220V and a capacity of 88,000 μF.

Equipped with the PHM-1A welding gun, the LBSaccu 90s allows welding of copper-plated 4.8 steel threaded studs, stainless steel studs from M3 to M6, as well as aluminum AlMg3 and brass CuZn37 elements, in compliance with DIN EN ISO 13918. It is also ideal for welding threaded inserts and fasteners with a diameter from Ø3 to Ø8 mm, ensuring a reliable and precise welding process.

The main functions are displayed on a high-quality LCD screen, while the charging voltage is continuously adjustable via a convenient front knob.

Thanks to its battery operation, it offers maximum mobility, while the electronic inverter charging system ensures reduced charging times and faster welding cycles. The integrated battery provides high capacity with a lifespan of up to 1000 charge cycles. Alternatively, the LBSaccu 90s can be connected to a power outlet for continuous use.
