BATTERY-POWERED CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELDING UNITS

FOR WELDING THREADED STUDS AND INSERTS, INCLUDING ALUMINUM AND BRASS

The LBSaccu 75s portable capacitor discharge welding unit, battery-powered, is designed for capacitive welding of threaded studs and bushings, with a charging voltage of 220V and a capacity of 66,000 μF.

Equipped with the PHM-1A welding gun, the LBSaccu 75s enables welding of copper-plated 4.8 steel threaded studs, M3 to M6 stainless steel studs, AlMg3 aluminum, and CuZn37 brass, compliant with DIN EN ISO 13918. It is also suitable for welding threaded bushings and other fasteners from Ø3 to Ø8 mm, ensuring high reliability and precision in the welding process.

Thanks to battery operation, it offers maximum mobility and reduced charging times due to the electronically controlled inverter charging system, allowing fast and continuous welding sequences. The integrated battery ensures high capacity and a lifespan of up to 1000 charge cycles. Alternatively, the LBSaccu 75s can be connected to any power outlet for continuous use.
