Designed to maximize performance, these machines combine compact dimensions with protected components, providing high electrode force and exceptional maneuverability. The gyroscopic suspension system with bearings, combined with a balancer, allows precise and smooth movements in all directions, while the rotation lock device ensures greater stability during use.

The large working stroke facilitates operations on reinforcements and ribs and allows work in hard-to-reach positions. The adjustable stroke optimizes work cycles, while the temporary extra stroke provides additional extension to access welding areas.

To ensure durability and resistance, the cylinder and rod are made of chrome-plated steel for heavy-duty applications, while the lubrication-free pneumatic circuit eliminates oil mist formation, preserving the working environment. The secondary copper circuit is fully water-cooled, with valves on the cooling system to facilitate electrode replacement.

The spot welders come equipped with a magnetothermal circuit breaker with a 30 mA differential. On request, an insulation monitoring device is available for additional protection against ground faults. The integrated handle controls allow selection of two welding programs, double-stroke opening, and the "pressure only" mode.

For operator safety, the machine is equipped with a safety device to prevent accidental activation, an emergency stop button for immediate shutdown, and a flow switch that stops the welder if the cooling water does not circulate.
