The TECNA pneumatic suspended spot welders from the (3020Q-3169) series offer a nominal power range from 32 kVA to 75 kVA, ensuring high performance for industrial production.

Designed to maximize productivity, these machines combine compact dimensions with high welding capacity, ensuring efficient operation and optimal space management. The integrated electronic control unit reduces bulk and optimizes installation costs, improving overall electrical efficiency.

The fully enclosed structure, with rubber protection, ensures a safe and comfortable working environment. The gyroscopic suspension system with sealed bearings, combined with a balancer, allows smooth movement in all directions, providing maximum operational freedom. For greater stability, a rotation lock device is included.

The total cooling system ensures proper thermal dissipation of the electrodes, electrode holders, arms, transformer, and thyristor, improving machine durability and efficiency. The adjustable electrode spacing allows adaptation to various production requirements, while the adjustable short stroke enables high welding speeds.

The instant wide opening allows easy access to welding areas, while the extended working stroke facilitates operations on ribs, reinforcements, and complex positions.

The welders are supplied with a magnetothermal switch and safety breaker, ensuring high-level protection. The pneumatic drive system, adjustable in force and speed, guarantees maximum precision and control. The chrome-plated cylinder and rod, designed for heavy-duty use, ensure long life and durability, eliminating the need for oil mist lubrication.

The electronic control system can be selected to meet specific production needs. For greater safety, a handle protection device prevents accidental activation. Additionally, the quick power cable replacement can be performed without opening the welder, simplifying maintenance operations.
