The TECNA column-type pneumatic rocker arm resistance welders, series (4660N-4663N), offer a nominal power ranging from 35 kVA to 50 kVA at 50% duty cycle in direct current, ensuring high performance in welding processes.

The 280 mm throat depth and adjustable depth up to 320 mm provide increased operational versatility, adapting to various work configurations. The welding electrode stroke is adjustable, allowing for optimized production cycles and improved process efficiency.

The copper-chrome electrode holders, designed for intensive use and long service life, are prepared for both straight and inclined mounting, ensuring greater flexibility in applications.

The epoxy resin-encapsulated transformer features water cooling, ensuring optimal thermal management. The water cooling system also applies to the arms, copper alloy electrodes, and electrode holders, enhancing the machine's durability and performance.

Process management is handled by the TE101 microprocessor control unit, with the option to store data via USB port (available only with the TE550 welding control system).

The pneumatic cylinder operates without lubrication, eliminating oil mist formation and contributing to a cleaner and safer working environment. The filter-reducer unit with a pressure gauge is positioned in a protected location, ensuring greater safety and easy access.

The two-stage electric pedal allows for clamping and welding only when the pieces are correctly positioned, ensuring precision and repeatability in the process.

The machine is also designed for the connection of an additional two-stage electric pedal, enabling the direct recall of a second welding program. This function is particularly useful for performing different welds on the same piece, optimizing processing times and increasing productivity.
