The pneumatic electrode dresser (MED3A11) is the ideal solution for keeping electrode contact surfaces in optimal condition. During resistance welding, progressive electrode wear is a common issue that affects the quality of the welded joint. Over time, the electrode's contact surface tends to expand due to heat and pressure during welding. This phenomenon leads to uneven current distribution, forcing the operator to increase intensity to compensate for the loss of efficiency, which risks compromising weld quality and reducing the electrode’s lifespan.

Thanks to its fast dressing system, the pneumatic electrode dresser (MED3A11) removes impurities and restores the electrode’s original geometry, improving weld quality and extending the tool’s lifespan. Easy to use and compact.
