TECNA LINEAR ACTION MEDIUM FREQUENCY SPOT WELDERS (6073-6075)

The TECNA medium frequency linear action resistance welding machines spot and projection welding series (6073-6075), offer a nominal power of 56 kVA at 50% duty cycle in direct current, ensuring high-quality welds thanks to medium frequency technology.

Designed with a modular structure, these machines allow for an optimal configuration of arms, brackets, and welding cylinders, adapting to various production requirements. The welding cylinder and the thick chrome-plated steel rod are designed for heavy-duty applications, ensuring a long operational life, while the adjustable anti-rotation device enhances stability and precision during the welding process.

The pneumatic components do not require lubrication, eliminating the emission of oil mist into the environment and improving operator safety. The adjustable dual-stroke welding cylinder, equipped with key-operated control, allows for precise movement control. The copper alloy electrode descent function without pressure facilitates maintenance and adjustment operations.

For efficient compressed air management, the machine includes an air filter unit and an air supply isolator. The welding transformer, plates, electrode holders, and electrodes are water-cooled, with resin-encapsulated windings, ensuring greater durability and consistent performance over time.

The two-stage electric pedal enables clamping of the workpieces and initiation of welding only when properly positioned, improving process control. The machine is also designed for the connection of an additional two-stage electric pedal, allowing the recall of a different welding program according to production requirements.

All models include a two-hand control with a timer and a removable key selector to ensure maximum safety. The dual control system is standard on projection welders, while it is available on request for spot welders. For additional protection, the machine is equipped with an emergency stop button, allowing for immediate interruption of the welding cycle when necessary.
