The TECNA linear action column resistance welding machine (4665N-4668N) series offer a 50% nominal DC power ranging from 35 kVA to 50 kVA, ensuring high performance in resistance welding applications.

The new ergonomic column structure is designed to optimize operator comfort, facilitating access to pneumatic controls and the compressed air gauge, positioned at the top for easier operation.

The copper-chromium electrode holders, durable and suitable for heavy-duty applications, are designed for both straight and inclined mounting, ensuring versatility in welding operations. The entire cooling system is designed to maximize thermal efficiency: the epoxy resin transformer, the arms, the electrodes, and the electrode holders are all water-cooled, ensuring greater durability and process stability.

The TE101 microprocessor control unit guarantees high precision in welding parameter management, while the version with TE550 includes a USB port for data storage.

The pneumatic cylinder operates without lubrication, eliminating the formation of oil mist and reducing environmental impact. The filter-reducer unit with gauge is positioned in a protected location, improving safety and ease of use.

The two-stage electric foot pedal allows the operator to clamp the workpieces and initiate welding only when they are correctly positioned, ensuring a more controlled and secure process. Additionally, the machine is designed for an additional electric foot pedal, useful for the direct recall of a second welding program, a particularly useful function for performing different welds on the same piece.
