LBSaccu 90s BATTERY CAPACITOR DISCHARGE STUD WELDING

The battery-powered LBSaccu 90s capacitor discharge welding machine is designed for welding of capacitive discharge threaded studs and internally threaded capacitors discharge stud type IT with 220V charge voltage and a capacity of 88000μF.
The capacitive discharge welding unit LBSaccu 90s equipped with the PHM-1A discharge welding gun, welds copper-plated threaded studs in 4.8 steel, weld studs in stainless steel, aluminium and brass from M3 to M10, internally threaded capacitors discharge stud type IT to be welded, in addition to all the fasteners to weld from Ø3 to Ø8 resulting reliable in the welding process.
All functions are indicated by the high-grade LCD display the charging voltage is continuously adjustable by the rotary knob on the front.
Battery operation allows the mobile use of the capacitor discharge welder, the integrated battery offers a very high capacity with a life of about 1000 recharge cycles, alternatively the LBSaccu 90s can be operated at each power outlet.
