BATTERY-POWERED CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELDING UNIT - LBSaccu 90

The portable LBSaccu 90 capacitor discharge welding unit, battery-powered, is designed for capacitive welding of threaded studs and inserts, with a charging voltage of 220V and a capacity of 88,000 μF.

Equipped with the PKM-1B welding gun, the LBSaccu 90 allows welding of copper-plated 4.8 steel threaded studs, stainless steel studs from M3 to M10, and threaded inserts, as well as fasteners with diameters ranging from Ø3 to Ø8 mm, ensuring high reliability in the welding process.

The main functions are displayed on a high-quality LCD screen, while the charging voltage is continuously adjustable via the front control knob.

Battery operation ensures maximum mobility, while the electronic inverter charging system enables short recharge times and rapid welding sequences.

The integrated battery offers a high capacity and a lifespan of up to 1000 charge cycles. Alternatively, the LBSaccu 90 can be connected to a power outlet for continuous operation.
