The battery-powered LBSaccu 75s capacitor discharge welding machine is designed for welding of capacitive discharge threaded studs and internally threaded capacitors discharge stud type IT with 220V charge voltage and a capacity of 66000μF.
The capacitive discharge welding unit LBSaccu 75s equipped with the PHM-1A discharge welding gun, welds copper-plated threaded studs in 4.8 steel, weld studs in stainless steel, aluminium and brass from M3 to M8, internally threaded capacitors discharge stud type IT to be welded, in addition to all the fasteners to weld from Ø3 to Ø8 resulting reliable in the welding process.
Battery operation allows the mobile use of the capacitor discharge welder, the integrated battery offers a very high capacity with a life of about 1000 recharge cycles, alternatively the LBSaccu 75s can be operated at each power outlet.
