The KKA-200F automatic stud welding head is designed for welding capacitor discharge studs with the contact method.
The KKA-200F automatic head can be used on CNC stud welding benches, welding robots, handling systems, fixed machining centers and conventional stud welding units.
The automatic capacitor discharge welding head is ideal for automatic use (automatic feeding of the stud from the automatic stud feeder VBZ) or semi-automatic (manual insertion of the stud).
The automatic head KKA-200F with the adjustable spring pressure and the display of the spring pressure, is very suitable for welding on problematic surfaces (for example galvanized sheets).
The automatic head KKA-200F guarantees maximum positioning precision of the stud and reproducibility of the welding through a linear precision guide of the welding piston, maximum operating repeatability, high quality of welding, high reliability, quick assembly and easy maintenance thanks to the change system quick given by the plug-in connections.
