FOR PERFECT CAPACITOR DISCHARGE AND ARC WELDING

The automatic stud welding head (KHA-200F) is designed for joining studs using capacitor discharge technology, with both contact and lift-off (gap) methods, as well as for short arc and drawn arc welding.

It can be integrated into CNC stud welding benches, welding robots, automated handling systems, fixed workstations and conventional welding units, offering maximum flexibility of use. It is suitable for both automatic systems, with continuous stud feeding via VBZ loader, and semi-automatic configurations, with manual stud insertion by the operator.

One of the available options for the automatic welding head (KHA-200F) is the integration of a stroke measurement system, particularly useful for aluminium welding. This system allows extremely simple lift regulation and enables quality monitoring by recording key data such as initial lift, piston stroke and penetration depth for each cycle.

Thanks to the precision linear guide of the piston, the (KHA-200F) ensures maximum positioning accuracy, weld repeatability, high joint quality, long-term reliability, as well as fast installation and easy maintenance thanks to the quick-change system with plug-in connections.
