KEENSERTS THREADED INSERTS WITH LOCKING KEES (ATSKNH)

KEENSERTS threaded inserts (ATSKNH) with locking kees are robust and reliable fastening systems, suitable for installation on a wide range of materials such as steels and light alloys. Thanks to their versatility and strength, they are widely used in demanding sectors such as aerospace engineering, mechanics, aeronautics, and precision engineering.

KEENSERTS inserts (ATSKNH) are available in two configurations:

- Version with two locking kees for threads from 8,1/4”.
- Version with four locking kees for threads from 5/16” to 1”.

A key advantage of these inserts is their simple and practical installation process, which does not require complex tools. Installation involves drilling the material with a standard bit, tapping the hole, and inserting the bushing using the appropriate installation tool. The kees are then anchored into the surrounding material, ensuring a strong and stable mechanical connection.

With their technical features, KEENSERTS (ATSKNH) inserts are ideal for creating high-strength threads and repairing damaged or worn threads, ensuring reliability even in critical conditions. Their robustness is guaranteed by the locking kees, which enhance grip and reduce the risk of loosening due to vibrations or torque, and by their construction material, AISI 303 stainless steel (1.4305), renowned for its corrosion resistance and durability.

The detailed technical datasheet for KEENSERTS threaded inserts (ATSKNH) is available in the dedicated catalog.
