BATTERY-POWERED CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELDING UNITSFOR THE INSTALLATION OF HEAT OR CONSUMPTION COST ALLOCATORS
The DUOFIX battery-powered capacitor discharge welding unit, portable and compact, is designed for capacitive welding of threaded studs, specifically used for securing heat cost allocators, also known as consumption allocators.
Equipped with a high-performance battery, DUOFIX allows up to 300 consecutive welds with a lifespan of approximately 1000 charge cycles. It features an LCD monitor for data reading and a welding gun designed for the simultaneous welding of two M3 threaded studs, with adjustable spacing for maximum precision.
Welding quality is further enhanced by an integrated laser on the gun, ensuring perfect stud alignment when fixing heat cost allocators.
With a lightweight and practical design, DUOFIX weighs just 4.6 kg and comes with a carrying case, ensuring maximum portability and ease of use in any working environment.
