The TECNA control unit (TE90) MARK II is designed for the management of single-phase spot welders, whether manually or pneumatically operated. It is a microprocessor-based control system that precisely regulates the key parameters of the resistance welding process, ensuring reliable and consistent work cycles.
The (TE90) allows direct control of the welder's components, with particular focus on current regulation through controlled diodes. The welding cycle is executed according to a programmable logic using predefined parameters. It also enables the recall of two different settings for time and current via independent commands.
This unit is especially suitable for applications where simplicity, flexibility and precision are required, even with materials that are not perfectly clean or show signs of oxidation.
