The LBS 80 capacitor discharge welder, compliant with UNI EN ISO 14555, is designed for welding fasteners with diameters from Ø2 mm to Ø10 mm in steel, stainless steel A2-50, AISI 316, and, with specific adjustments, also in aluminum and brass. Thanks to its compact size and a capacity of 90,000 µF, it delivers high performance in a reduced space.

It stands out for its ease of use and high welding quality. An advanced microprocessor ensures safety and precision, while functions are clearly displayed via easy-to-read LEDs. The charging voltage is continuously adjustable using the front control knob. Ideal for capacitor discharge welding of threaded studs up to M10, internally threaded bushings, and other fasteners on thin sheets, it guarantees an excellent aesthetic result thanks to reduced heat penetration.

The LBS 80 capacitor discharge welder can be equipped with a contact manual gun, ideal for steel, stainless steel, and galvanized sheets, or a lift gun, suitable for welding on aluminum and brass sheets.
