The LBS 44 capacitor discharge welder, compliant with UNI EN ISO 14555, is designed for welding fasteners with diameters ranging from Ø2 mm to Ø6 mm in steel, stainless steel A2-50, AISI 316, aluminum, and brass. With its compact size and a capacity of 44,000 µF, it delivers high performance in a small footprint.

It stands out for its ease of use and high welding quality, ensured by a modern microprocessor that guarantees safe and reliable operation.

Functions are clearly displayed via easy-to-read LEDs, while the charging voltage is continuously adjustable using the front control knob. The welding process is completed in just 1-3 milliseconds, ensuring efficiency and precision.

The LBS 44 capacitor discharge welder can be equipped with different manual welding guns, selected based on the type and material of the fasteners to be welded, offering versatile solutions for various production needs.
