CAPACITORS DISCHARGE WELDING UNIT PRO-C 1000

The PRO-C 1000 capacitor discharge welder, designed for stud welding, features a microprocessor control system that ensures precise and repeatable welds thanks to continuously adjustable charging voltage and switchable capacity. The unit’s high performance guarantees top-quality results.

Extremely short charging times and rapid welding sequences are made possible by electronically timed inverter charging boards.

The unit is easy to operate thanks to a robust rotary pressure switch, while all functions and parameters are displayed on a large screen. Preinstalled welding programs simplify the selection of optimal values for different applications. Additionally, custom welding programs can be stored.

The integrated monitoring system allows quality control of completed welds. By default, the memory stores parameters from the last ten welds, while the extended memory option can save up to 24,500 welds and includes a USB interface for data transfer to a PC.

On request, the PRO-C 1000 capacitor discharge welder can be equipped with a module for controlling the VBZ automatic stud feeder and an automatic welding gun.

To operate up to four guns with different voltage and capacity settings on a single unit, the external PRO-SPLIT adapter is available, automatically detecting the gun in use.
