BATTERY-POWERED CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELDING UNITS

FOR CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELDING OF THREADED STUDS AND BUSHINGS

The portable capacitor discharge welding unit LBSaccu 75, battery-powered, is designed for capacitive welding of threaded studs and bushings, with a charging voltage of 220V and a capacity of 66,000 μF.

Equipped with the PKM-1B welding gun, the LBSaccu 75 allows welding of copper-plated 4.8 steel threaded studs, stainless steel studs from M3 to M8, and threaded bushings, as well as fasteners with diameters from Ø3 to Ø8 mm, ensuring reliability and precision in the welding process.

The battery-powered operation ensures maximum mobility and, thanks to the electronically controlled inverter charging module, enables short charging times and fast welding sequences.

The integrated battery provides high capacity and lasts up to 1000 charge cycles. Alternatively, the LBSaccu 75 can be connected to any power outlet for continuous operation.
