The automatic stud welding head (KKA-200F) is designed for joining studs using capacitor discharge with the contact method. It is a highly efficient solution for industrial applications where precision and reliability are essential.

It can be integrated into CNC benches for stud welding, welding robots, automated handling systems, fixed workstations and conventional stud welding units, offering great installation flexibility. It is suitable for both automatic operations, thanks to the continuous stud feeding via the VBZ automatic feeder, and semi-automatic configurations, with manual insertion of the stud by the operator. In both modes, the head ensures stable and controlled welding.

Equipped with adjustable spring pressure and pressure display, the automatic welding head (KKA-200F) is particularly effective even on challenging surfaces, such as galvanized sheets, where a high level of sensitivity to the base material is required.

The structure is designed to ensure maximum positioning accuracy of the stud and repeatability of the weld, thanks to the precision linear guide of the welding piston. Completing the technical profile: high weld joint quality, long-term reliability, quick installation and easy maintenance made possible by the quick-change system with plug-in connections.
