The automatic welding gun (PKA-500) is designed for stud joining using capacitor discharge welding with the contact method. Thanks to its compact and robust configuration, it is an effective solution for industrial applications that require speed, precision, and reliability.
It can be used in automatic mode, with continuous stud feeding via the VBZ automatic feeder, or in semi-automatic mode, with manual loading by the operator. This flexibility makes it suitable for fully automated production lines as well as for simpler, modular systems.
Equipped with a high-precision sliding guide for the piston, the automatic welding gun (PKA-500) ensures accurate stud positioning, high welding process repeatability, and excellent weld quality, even in high-intensity production cycles. The design also allows for quick maintenance and easy integration into existing systems.
