The automatic stud welding gun (PHA-500) is designed to perform welds using capacitor discharge technology with the gap method and arc welding. It is a versatile, high-performance solution, ideal for industrial applications that require precision and operational continuity.

The (PHA-500) is particularly suitable for capacitive welding of studs, internally threaded bushings, and other metal components, especially in aluminum alloy, thanks to the adjustable lift magnet that allows optimal control of the stud approach phase.

The gun can be used in automatic mode, with continuous stud feeding via the VBZ automatic feeder, or in semi-automatic mode, where the stud is loaded manually but transported automatically from the feed tube to the chuck. Thanks to the high-precision sliding guide of the piston, the automatic gun (PHA-500) ensures accurate positioning, maximum repeatability, and high weld joint quality, maintaining strong reliability even in high-intensity production cycles.
