The arc welding gun (GD-22) is designed for welding large-diameter threaded studs and internally threaded bushings, with diameters ranging from Ø19 mm to Ø22 mm. It is also suitable for welding shear connectors (type SD1) , Nelson-type, up to Ø22 mm, ensuring strong and reliable fastening in structural applications.

Thanks to its ease of handling, high reliability, and ergonomic design, the arc welding gun (GD-22) provides an optimal user experience, reducing operator fatigue. Its robust structure ensures excellent performance even in harsh industrial environments and demanding working conditions. The adjustable lift (with an adjustment range from 0 to 6 mm) and the hydraulic piston allow for precise configuration for each welding operation, guaranteeing consistent and high-quality results. The large cross-section of the welding cable (95 mm²) and the automatic compensation of the stud length optimize the fusion process between the stud and the base material, ensuring a perfect weld.

An advanced option available for the (GD-22) is the integration of the stroke measurement system, which simplifies lift adjustment and enhances process control. This system allows real-time monitoring and recording of lift and plunge parameters of the stud, ensuring consistent welding quality and optimal repeatability.
