The arc welding gun (GD-19) is designed for welding threaded studs and internally threaded bushings with a diameter of up to Ø19 mm. It is also suitable for welding SD1 S235J2+C450 shear connectors, Nelson type, up to Ø19 mm, ensuring a strong and reliable fastening in structural applications.
Thanks to its ease of handling, high reliability, and ergonomic design, the arc welding gun (GD-19) provides an excellent user experience, reducing operator fatigue. Its robust structure ensures optimal performance even in demanding work environments and harsh conditions. The adjustable lifter (adjustment range from 0 to 4 mm) and the hydraulic piston allow for precise setup for each welding operation, ensuring uniform and high-quality results.
