The arc welding gun (GD-16) is designed for welding threaded studs and internally threaded bushings with a diameter of up to Ø16 mm, ensuring precision and reliability in every application.

Thanks to the adjustable lifter (with an adjustment range from 0 to 4 mm) and the hydraulic piston, it offers an optimal setup for any welding operation, ensuring uniform and high-quality results. The large welding cable section (50 mm²) and the automatic stud length compensation guarantee consistent and reliable performance, optimizing the entire welding process.

An advanced option available for the (GD-16) is the integration of a stroke measurement system, which simplifies lifter adjustment and improves process control. This system allows real-time monitoring and recording of the lifting and immersion parameters of the stud or bushing, helping to maintain high welding quality.
