The compensation circuit activates the timer only when current flows through the welding point, ensuring optimal results even on painted, oxidized, or black sheet metal.

The current regulation with phase control enables precise welding on thin materials, small-diameter rods, and stainless steel. The additional lower arm fitting provides a larger opening between the electrodes, while the threaded base allows for fixed bench mounting. An integrated differential pressure switch activates the timer only when the correct pressure between the electrodes is reached. The transformer is insulated in Class F and tested at 4000 V AC, ensuring safety and reliability.
