VBZ AUTOMATIC STUD FEEDER

The VBZ feeder is a piece of equipment that allows automatic loading of flange studs from M3 to M8 with lengths up to 30mm with the option of 50mm, onto automatic welding heads or automatic welding guns.
The VBZ can be modified on request for flange-less or 'special' welding studs.
Special features of the VBZ are: continuously adjustable adjustment capacity, adjustable air pressure for optimum adaptation of different welding studs, improved stud separation and feeding by means of pressure sensors, error-free stud transport.
Furthermore, all connections are located at the front of the VBZ for optimal accessibility, it is quick and easy to adapt to other weld stud sizes (by changing the weld stud kit to be used).
The VBZ can be used with all automatic welding guns and heads, and also utilises an interface for data exchange with control systems, especially useful when used in CNC capacitor discharge benches.
