PART-LOCK™ 360°

Part-Lock™ 360° consists in permanently melting nylon on thread parts; so as to form a dry, ready-to-use insert.
Part-Lock 360° is a high-performance product appliable to a specific area of the screwing tap.
Part-Lock 360° is applied to the whole circumference of the thread parts where it achieves an excellent, liquid and gas-resistant sealing.
It is sufficient to coat three pitches of the thread parts with Part-Lock 360° to achieve an instant and reusable seal, superior to 20 bar.
It is able to substitute all manually applied seals and this has drastically reduced the cost of component assemblage procedures.
Thanks to its outstanding characteristics, it can be employed in various areas: car, aeronautic and marine industries, in electrical appliances, in plant engineering and, above all, in food industries.
Part-Lock 360° is melted into the groove of the thread parts and, as it complies with the parts’ diameters, it allows the assemblage of the latter through very precise holes.
Part-Lock 360° offers high torque performance and flexibility.
It is indicated in component assemblage procedures where the reuse of thread parts and their constant tuning is instrumental.
Part-Lock 360° withstands many chemical agents (ex: gasoline, oils, solvents, etc.).
Part-Lock 360° can be applied to all types of ferrous and non-ferrous (stainless steel, brass, aluminium and its alloys, many plastic products) threads (screws, pins, plugs, studs, bushes, dowels, safety valves, etc.).
