CAPACITOR DISCHARGE WELDING MACHINE

LBS 75 CAPACITOR DISCHARGE STUD WELDING UNIT

Capacitor discharge welding machine LBS 75 in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14555, with its small size and a capacity of 66000µF is designed for welding all capacitor discharge welding fasteners with a diameter from Ø2mm to Ø8mm in steel, A2-50 stainless steel, AISI316 steel, aluminum and brass.

Particularly suitable for capacitive discharge welding of threaded pins, internally threaded bushings and all fasteners to be welded on thin sheets, maintaining an excellent aesthetic appearance even after welding the fasteners being a capacitor discharge welding with reduced penetration on the sheet.

The capacitive discharge welding machine LBS 75 is characterized by its ease of use and high welding quality, a modern microprocessor guarantees a job in total safety, all the functions are indicated by a clear reading LED, the charging voltage is continuously adjustable by the knob on the front.

The capacitor discharge welding machine LBS 75 can be equipped with a manual contact gun particularly suitable for welding fasteners on steel, stainless steel or galvanized sheet metal plates, with a manual gap gun also called a lifting gun suitable for aluminum sheets and brass sheets.
